These terms cover the Nash AI Operations SMS program operated by JB Outreach LLC. Nash AI Operations is the client support service of JB Outreach LLC.
Enrolled clients receive text messages about the AI systems JB Outreach builds or manages for them: replies to questions they text in, troubleshooting steps, service-status updates, outage notices and security alerts. Messages may be automated. No marketing is sent through this program.
Follow the instructions on our Client SMS page: text START to (801) 348-7642, then reply Y to the confirmation request. You're enrolled only after replying Y. If you text us before enrolling, we'll reply only with the sign-up request, and your question is answered after you reply Y. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies with your questions and system activity. Message and data rates may apply. JB Outreach does not charge a separate fee for this program.
Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You'll receive one confirmation message, and no further program messages will be sent unless you enroll again by texting START. For support, call or text 801-865-4092 or email jaden@jboutreach.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
